University Locks shortlisted for Concrete Awards

July 7, 2017

University Locks is one of only 15 projects shortlisted for The Concrete Society’s 2017 Excellence in Concrete Awards, the longest-running awards events in the UK construction industry. Now in its 49th year, this prestigious awards initiative showcases the use of concrete as a structural material.

University Locks is a new student accommodation building offering a mix of 659 high quality en-suite and shared en-suite student bedrooms at the eastern edge of Birmingham’s learning quarter. The scheme raises the standard of student living in Birmingham by providing a superior level of accommodation that reflects the city’s status as a centre of academic excellence.
