Planning has been approved for a new 481-apartment build-to-rent scheme on Broad Street, Birmingham, for Moda, who will also manage the ‘digital ready’ apartment building.
The building will feature over 30,000 sq. ft. of dedicated communal space including residents’ lounge, health centre and dining club; an additional 35,000 sq. ft. of retail and leisure space in the three-storey podium and a 200-metre rooftop running circuit, offering panoramic views of the Birmingham skyline.
The project ‘2one2 Broad Street’ will offer a range of apartment sizes – from studios to three-beds. Moda’s future customers will be able to organise their daily lives through their smart phones and enjoy a 24-hour concierge service.
